These terms apply to the AI Kundli Android app and this website. By using the app you agree to them. If you do not agree, please uninstall the app.
What AI Kundli is
AI Kundli computes Vedic astrology charts with a Swiss Ephemeris engine and presents traditional interpretations, panchang, matching, Lal Kitab and Life Chart views, plus an AI assistant called AI Panditji.
Guidance, not prediction
Astrology is a traditional system of guidance. Everything in the app is offered as reflection and tendency, not certainty. It is not medical, legal, financial or psychological advice, and it must not be used to make decisions about health, money, law or safety.
The app does not predict death, illness, accidents, divorce or financial ruin, and it will not instruct you on medical or legal matters. Please consult a qualified professional for those.
AI-generated content
AI Panditji's replies are generated by a language model from your chart's derived facts and your own words. Replies can be wrong, incomplete or unexpected, even when they sound confident. They are not statements of fact about you or your future. You can report an inappropriate reply from the chat screen, and we review reports.
Please do not send highly sensitive personal information — such as identity numbers, medical records, bank details or documents — through the AI chat or voice feature.
Remedies
Suggested remedies are free or low-cost cultural practices such as chanting, charity, routine and reflection. The app does not sell gemstones, rituals or any other spiritual product, and it does not claim that a remedy produces a particular outcome.
Free use and AI Kundli Plus
- The core app is free, with daily limits on AI questions and voice turns.
- AI Kundli Plus is an optional monthly subscription bought through Google Play, priced in the app. Google's payment terms apply.
- Manage or cancel the subscription in Google Play. Cancelling stops the next renewal; the current period continues until it ends.
- Refunds are handled by Google Play under Google's policy.
- We may change daily limits or features. If we change what a paid subscription includes, we will say so in the app before it takes effect.
Fair use
Do not automate, script, resell or attempt to overload the app or its API, or use it to create unlawful, harmful or abusive content. We may rate-limit or block usage that threatens the service or other users.
Third-party services
The app relies on Google Cloud, Google Gemini, Groq (fallback), Google AdMob, Google Play and OpenStreetMap place services. Their availability affects the app, and their terms apply to their part of the service.
Open source
Ephemeris calculations use the Swiss Ephemeris, which is licensed under the GNU Affero General Public License. Our server-side source for that component is available on request at eon.realestateconsultancy@gmail.com.
Liability
The app is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for decisions you make based on the app's content, or for interruptions, errors or data loss. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer law.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in India having jurisdiction.
