AI Kundli ("the app") computes Vedic astrology charts and offers an AI assistant called AI Panditji. This page explains exactly what the app collects, what leaves your phone, and how to get rid of it. It is written to match how the app is actually built.

The short version. There is no account and no sign-up. Your birth details are used to compute the chart and are not given to the AI. The AI service receives only derived chart facts (placements, dashas, doshas) plus the messages you type or speak. Saved charts stay on your phone.

What you give the app

Birth details — date, time, place, and optionally a name. Required to compute a chart.
Questions and spoken audio when you use AI Panditji.
Place search text when you look up a city.

What happens to your birth details

Birth details are sent over HTTPS to our API to run the ephemeris calculation. The result — the chart, dashas and doshas — is returned to the app.

Your name, birth date, birth time and birthplace are never sent to the AI provider. The AI receives only the derived chart facts needed to answer the question, together with the text of your question.

Charts you save are stored on your phone. They are not uploaded to a profile, because the app has no accounts.

What the app stores on our servers

A random install identifier generated by the app, used only to count daily AI usage so the free limits work and one device cannot exhaust the shared AI budget.
Daily counters for AI messages and voice turns. These are keyed to the install identifier and the date, and older days are deleted automatically.
Subscription status if you buy Plus: the product, expiry date and the Google Play purchase token, so the app can confirm your subscription with Google.
Content reports if you report an AI reply: the reason you picked and the question and reply text, so we can review and improve safety.
Server logs such as IP address, timestamp and response status, kept for a short period for security and abuse prevention.

Third-party services

Google Cloud — hosting and the database that holds the counters above.
Google Gemini — generates AI Panditji's replies. Only derived chart facts and your message text are sent. Voice questions use Gemini's live audio service.
Groq — an optional fallback that answers a text question if the Gemini service is unavailable. It receives the same derived chart facts and message text.
Google AdMob — shows ads. Google may use your advertising ID subject to your consent choices, which you can change in the app's profile screen and in Android settings.
Google Play — processes subscription payments. We never see your card details.
OpenStreetMap Nominatim and Photon — place lookup when Google Maps is not configured. The text you type for a place is sent to one of them.

These providers process data in their own countries, including the United States.

What we never do

We do not sell your data.
We do not build an advertising profile from your birth details or your questions.
We do not put your birth details in URLs, logs or analytics.
We do not run personalised ads unless you have consented to them.

Your choices and deletion

You can use the app without signing in, and you can delete saved charts inside the app. To remove everything:

On your phone: delete each saved chart, then uninstall the app or clear its storage in Android settings. Whatever is local disappears.
On our servers: write to eon.realestateconsultancy@gmail.com from any address and ask us to erase the records tied to your install identifier. We will delete the usage counters, subscription record and any reported replies within 30 days. You can find your install identifier in the app's profile screen.

Children

AI Kundli is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect data from them. If you believe a child has used the app, contact us and we will remove the records.

Security

All traffic between the app and our API uses HTTPS. The AI providers' keys are held on the server and never shipped inside the app. No system is perfectly secure, so please do not use the AI chat to send documents, identity numbers or health records.

Changes

If this policy changes in a way that affects you, we will update this page and change the date at the top before the change takes effect.
